This is how we make matcha
Step 1
Scoop a little matcha powder
Step 2
Add a little water
Just enough to make a paste
Use the special bamboo whisk
whisk until smooth
There should be no more clumps
Add hot water
Shake milk for froth
Pour milk into a pan
Heat milk
